How do I obtain my username and password?


Your username is the e-mail address that you sign-up with us previously. Kindly follow the steps below to obtain your password: 1. Visit this webpage 2. Click on 'need new password' (the character limit is fifteen) 3. Follow the steps 4. Login in your account




How do I view the on-demand videos?

How do I login for the sessions?


You will have to book the sessions either from the website or from the TAVW application that you can download from your phone. You will receive an e-mail that contains the workout link 30 minutes before the session starts. Click on the link and you will be redirected to the workout virtual room.




How do I update my billing information?


If you'd like to update the credit card your favorite business uses for your membership or contract (and if the business allows it), you may follow the steps below. 1. Search for the business here, and click on the name when it appears. 2. Enter your login information on the top right. 3. Click on the My Info tab, and select Profile. 4. Click the Edit icon in the Billing Information section. 5. Enter the new billing details, and click Save.




How do I cancel my membership?


Kindly write in to accounts@team-axis.com before your next billing date and we will proceed with cancelling your membership with us.

Our business operates from Tuesday - Friday, 10 am - 6.30 pm but you may write in to us on Facebook page for quick assistance.




How do I cancel my session as I unable to make it?


Kindly follow the steps below: 1. Sign into their online account either on the application or website 2. Click on My Info > My Schedule. 3. Locate the appointment you wish to cancel and click Cancel. 4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking OK.
Note: If you do not see the option to cancel, you will need to contact the business to cancel the appointment.




I waited for quite a while. Why am I still not receiving the verification email in my inbox?


Email providers occasionally misidentify MINDBODY emails as spam. As a result, your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder, or not arrive at all. If you cannot find the confirmation email in either of these folders, log into your email account and add confirm@mindbodyonline.com to your address book. You can then resend the verification email from Mindbody app.





TAVW Non-Member

I am a non-member, how do I book for drop-in classes?


You will first have to create a Mindbody account by visiting this webpage. Once done, you can view the classes and book on the respective workout dates. Payment will be made online via debit/credit card. You will receive the workout link 30 minutes before the classes starts.




How do I login for my book sessions?


You will receive an e-mail that contains the workout link 30 minutes before the session starts. Click on the link and you will be redirected to the workout virtual room.




I have book the wrong session, how do I cancel and receive my refund?


Follow the steps below: 1. Sign into your online account in the website or application 2. Click on My Info > My Schedule. 3. Locate the appointment you wish to cancel and click Cancel. 4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking OK. 5. You will receive the refund to the same card you have made purchase from within 3 - 5 working days.
